2010 year-end report for Tom and Holly Schmidt
Mission Agency: Sow the Love Ministries partnering with Laredo Stepping Stone as primary field location, Laredo, Texas.
Feeding the poor and hungry among us: 1508 families fed
Housing missionaries and their families: 824 beds used by missionaries; not in teams
Hosting outreach events in our community: 3
Partnering with others in ministry: 31 plus ministries…not counting missionaries that use LSS
Hosted-  23 mission teams members from around the USA
Hosted Church retreats - 3
Supplying food to pastors and missionaries: 36 times to 70 to 100 pastors
Sorting and giving out donations of food and clothing to those in need both within the body of Christ and those who not yet Follow: countless
Giving people a place in the community to serve_not including church groups: 28 plus individuals; 1 school 
Monthly teaching and strengthening Mexican National Pastors: 10 times
Strengthening the Body of Christ within small groups as participants
One on one discipleship with non-believers - 1
Friendship Evangelism - 4
Taking believers to the foreign mission field: 9 
Financially Supporting 3 national pastors
Partnering with 2 church plants: financially with project needs and people
Advocating with LOTS of paper work and financially for one ‘lost’ in the immigration mess of her parents
Sitting on three boards of ministries outside of STLM
Tom preaching in local churches: 5 times
Tom preaching Celebrate Recovery Messages: 1
Tom preaching Internationally: 2
Tom teaching a Pastors Counseling Session: 1
Studying the scriptures to teach/ write: countless
Networking with church leader: LOTS and LOTS of conversations, lunches and appointments with LOTS of people that pointothers to the cross!
For Christmas 2010:

©       Pajama, board games and Jesus videos to 41 families
©       Coordinated the sponsoring of two families for Christmas
©       Three weekends of Regalos De Amor for sorting, packing, and shipping
©       Coordinated international delivery of 180 presents for orphans in Mexico
